as they grow in number, rare becomes normal.

There are plenty of dog breeds that claim to be rare. Those are not the Dogs that we
cater to. You may research those breeds mostly from the 'country of origin' or through the large Registration
Organizations which place those breeds under the title of 'RARE' or 'Foundation Stock'.
